Cheat Mode
Type salmonaxe to enable cheat mode. Then, enter one of the following codes:

Effect - Code

Access all pure breeds and hybrids - C
Add line/money - [F10]
Color menu - U
Display memory - D
Drop bombs at pointer - [F6]
Duranium bulb at pointer v[F5]
Full map - [Shift] + Z
Instant win - W
Instant build or upgrade - B
Improve technology - S
Kill monsters - [F7]
Summon monolith at pointer - L
Transparent buildings and plants - T

SALMONAXE --- Enable cheats
W --- Win immediately
B --- Instantly builds or upgrades
S --- Improves technology
C --- Access all purebreds and hybrids
L --- Summon monoliths
T --- Translucent buildings
D --- Memory stats
SHIFT-Z --- Reveals map
F5 --- Duranium bulb appears at cursor
F6 --- Drop bombs from cursor
F7 --- Shoot at creature
F10 --- Adds money

Here is a cheat that helps you to survive the later levels: free
upgrade for your installed machinery. It's only possible once you get
the Pulper machine available. Then you can start upgrading your other
machinery. Do this:

Use the engineer to start upgrade action on the selected machine.
Then move the engineer aside. Next, force a creature (eg. mule) to
attack the machine once and you'll hear the v/o about "your base is
under attack, defend your base...etc.". Next, just get the engineer
to REPAIR the machine and voila! it'll be repaired AND upgraded
automatically to the next level.
