Mystical Ninja starring Goemon (N64)

Unlimited items or gold:
Find a location that contains multiple items or gold, such as the first room in Oedo Castle.
Collect the items, leave the room, then re-enter. The items will be available for recollection.


Boss mode:
Collect all forty-five Fortune Dolls to unlock a boss mode selection on the options screen.


Bonus picture:
Enable the "Boss mode" code, and complete the Boss sequence.


Control Impact:
Press the Analog-stick when Impact's introduction sequence ends to move his head.


Rumble Pak bonus:
Although not an official Rumble Pak game, the Boss levels will support that peripheral.


Avoid attacks:
Change characters just before an opponent attacks.


Avoid bullets:
Push C-Down to have bullets pass through your character


Japan Map:
You can obtain the all-important map of Japan at the Corree Shop across the
long bridge.


Blade-Shield Tip:
When Yae uses her blade-shield, she normally can't move. However, if you
have the armor or shield and receive damage from an enemy when using the
blade-shield, you can move.


Fall Without Pausing:
When falling from great distances in Mystical Ninja you will hit the ground
and pause getting up. To avoid this, press the WEAPON button before hitting
the ground and you'll be free to move as soon as you land.


Fall off the planet:
To do this code you must have the Mini-Ebisu magic. Go to the waterfall in
Zazen Town and shrink. Now try to jump up the waterfall and once you reach
the top you will have a short streach of water, but then you will fall into
the sky! You will only lose one heart of health, and end up back at the area
entrance.


Faster Ladder Climbing:
To climb a ladder faster, press A rapidly to jump up the ladder. But be
careful! If you don't watch how high you are, you can jump right off the top
of the ladder and fall.


Glitch Room:
In the underwater submarine, swim up to the spinning blade in the first
room. Swim past the exit in the ceiling. Now head straight up. Eventually
you will pass through the ceiling and will not be able to get down. You can
move around in a little cube of water, but can only see what is around you.


Golden Hair:
While using Goemon's touch-and-go skills, get killed by an enemy (if you
have more than one life.) If you do this, you will come to life again with
golden hair. However, if you want to change the character, you can't change
the hair color.


Hidden Image:
As you know if you collect all 45 Cat Dolls you get a consecutive fighting
boss mode in the option screen, well if you complete it you will get a nice
CG pic of the Mystical Ninja gang!


Move Impact's Head:
At the end of the Impact's intro sequence, when the red and yellow stripes
are spinning behind Impact, you can move Impact's head by pushing the analog
stick in any direction.


Move While using Weapon:
When you use your weapon you can't move,but if you start to move and while
still moving you can press the attack button you can then move!


Ninjitsu 360° Blade Slash:
Rapidly rotate the control stick in a 360° motion while rapidly taping the B
button. This produces a Ninjitsu 360° Blade Slash that will kill all the
enemies around you.


Play with Impact:
After Impact (the big robot you hop in) is done with his song intro, it
shows him holding up his staff and yellow stuff and flowers are circling
him. At this point, you can move the control stick and bob his head around!


Rose Removal Trick:
When you're in the little town in space you will come across enemies that
throw roses that stick in you and take away life. To remove the rose enter
any door. When you pass through it the roses will be gone.


Tightrope Level:
In the ghost level with the tightrope, fall off the indented cliff alittle
left of the tightrope, and you will disapear. Hit the directional pad
towards the cliff and you will reappear on top.


Transporter Trick:
After you get Ebismaru's shrinking capability, you can go to the
transporting place for a neat trick. Shrink, then talk to the lady to get a
ride. You will run up to the transporter and jump, but not quite make it up
inside. The transporter leaves without you.
