Find a hidden side game:
Select Arcade mode and begin game play in the Riviera race in either Championship or Practice. At the last turn of the track, knock over the two red construction cones. Then turn around and head back in the opposite direction. You'll eventually spot a new opening to a hidden section of the track. Take this route and you can play a minigame in which you have to knock down as many cones as possible in 29 seconds.
